Refund Policy




Our return policy last 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you have received your package, we can not offer you store credit.

To be eligible for store credit, your item(s) must be unused, unwashed and in the same NEW condition that you received it. This includes the following, no deodorant residue, no makeup residue, no stains, no pet hair, no pet odor(s), no smoke smell, and no perfume smell. If an item(s) arrives to you with tags, when returned the original tags must still be attached.

Any item(s) not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will NOT be processed for store credit. Any item(S) that is returned more than 14 days after the delivery date will be returned. The shipping cost will then be billed to the customer, if shipping is not paid in 7 days (one full week), the item will be donated to a local charity.

To complete your return for store credit, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Only regular priced items are eligible for store credit, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned. This does not include items purchased with a provided discount code by Cactus C Boutique. Unless noted otherwise!


We must be notified up to 48 hours upon delivery for a full refund. You must return the item to receive an exchange (if the item is still available) or a full refund.

We reserve the right to reject any item(s) that do not fall under the above criteria.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive store credit, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your store credit.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged item(s) to reach you, may vary.

We encourage you to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
